This renovated 1 bedroom apartment comes with a living room with lots of natural light and a small balcony and has a sofa-bed (for 1 person), armchair, a table, and four chairs and cable TV. Featuring a shower, the private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. Extras include a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, microwave/grill, toaster, coffee machine, washer etc) and free WiFi access. The building doesn’t have an elevator, therefore it can be challenging to climb up 4 floors of stairs however the amazing view of the city and Tagus river is worth it.

This apartment is on the upper floor of the building that doesn’t have an elevator therefore we recommend this apartment to guests willing to climb up a lot of stairs.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can cook their own food and can also wash their own clothes. Iron and hairdryer are available. There is a small supermarket in the building and a large one nearby. There are lots of good and affordable trendy restaurants nearby.

From the apartment, you can hear people talking on the street and there is the typical street sound of Lisbon’s traditional neighborhoods. You will feel the pulse of a neighborhood where life is outside on the street but at the same time, you will still be very close to the amenities of modern Lisbon, such as restaurants and bars. Most of our guests seldom need to use transportation to move around.
