The apartment is a T2 flat located on the 4th floor and consists of the main bedroom, a small single room, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa that can be transformed into a 1.20 x 2.00 bed, a dining table, 4 chairs, a TV set, and a sideboard. The bedroom has a 1.40 x 200 m bed and a dressing table. The small room has an 80 x 2.00 bed and a small table. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and also comes with a hairdryer. Extras include a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric hob, microwave oven, fridge, a small coffee maker and washing machine. Free WiFi access.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can cook their own food and can also wash their own clothes. Iron and hairdryer are available. There is a small supermarket in the building and a large one nearby. There are lots of good and affordable trendy restaurants nearby. There is no elevator in the building so this apartment is not recommended for persons with limited mobility.

From the apartment, you can hear people talking on the street and there is the typical street sound of Lisbon’s traditional neighborhoods. You will feel the pulse of a neighborhood where life is outside on the street but at the same time, you will still be very close to the amenities of modern Lisbon, such as restaurants and bars. Most of our guests seldom need to use transportation to move around.

This unit features the river and city views. Please note that the apartment is on the fourth floor and has no lift. However, we believe it is worth to climb the stairs as it is our best apartment and has a very nice view.
The recommended occupation is of 3 guests, but up to 5 can be accommodated.
