Studio

This renovated studio is located on the ground floor of the building and consists of the main room and a bathroom. The main room combines the living room, bedroom, and kitchenette. It has a 1.40 x 200 m bed, a 1.10 x 1.90 sofa, a table, 4 chairs a TV set and an equipped kitchenette including an electric hob, a microwave, a fridge, a small coffee maker and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Even though 3 can sleep in, the studio does not offer a lot of privacy between guests as the sofa and the bed are located in the same room.

Guests have access to the whole apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can cook their own food and can also wash their own clothes. Iron and hairdryer are available. There is a small supermarket in the building and a large one nearby. There are lots of good and affordable trendy restaurants nearby.

From the apartment, you can hear people talking on the street and there is the typical street sound of Lisbon’s traditional neighborhoods. You will feel the pulse of a neighborhood where life is outside on the street but at the same time, you will still be very close to the amenities of modern Lisbon, such as restaurants and bars. Most of our guests seldom need to use transportation to move around.
