This renovated 1 bedroom apartment comes with a living room with lots of natural light and a small balcony and has a sofa-bed that accommodates 2 people, armchair, a table, and four chairs and cable TV. Featuring a shower, the private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer. Extras include a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (cooker, fridge, microwave/grill, toaster, coffee machine, washer etc) and free WiFi access.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can cook their own food and can also wash their own clothes. Iron and hairdryer are available. There is a small supermarket in the building and a large one nearby. There are lots of good and affordable trendy restaurants nearby.

From the apartment, you can hear people talking on the street and there is the typical street sound of Lisbon’s traditional neighborhoods. You will feel the pulse of a neighborhood where life is outside on the street but at the same time, you will still be very close to the amenities of modern Lisbon, such as restaurants and bars. Most of our guests seldom need to use transportation to move around.

The reccomended occupation for the apartment is 2 people, but 4 can be accommodated if you use the sofa bed.
